This award winning Scottish Potato vodka is produced at Hatton of Ogilvy Farm, Ogilvy by husband and wife team, Graeme and Caroline Jarron.
Maris Piper potatoes grown on the farm are used to make the spirit which is distilled in a column pot still and matured for a short time before being charcoal-filtered to create vodka that is delicate, creamy with a well-rounded flavour.
Nose - Warm aromas tinged with fresh apricots and citrus fruit, green grass and walnuts.
Palate - Smooth warmth of potato spirit, a sweet creamy character with fruity esters, a hint of toffee and green pasture notes. Clean and balanced with a rich mouthfeel.
Finish - A long, lush finish with black pepper, earthy charcoal and a whisper of citrus.
