Part of Glenmorangie's core range comes the Lasanta, an elegant but full bodied Highland single malt Scotch whisky. It first spent a decade maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, before completing the aging process with two years in Oloroso and PX Sherry casks.
This expression is named Lasanta, a Gaelic word that means warmth and passion, fitting for a whisky that has a soft texture, and deep, sweet aroma.
The Glenmorangie Distillery was founded in 1843 and uses fresh water from the Tarlogie Springs to create its whiskies.
