This cask strength whisky comes from the Caledonian distillery which was at one time the largest distillery in Scotland. In total, 259 bottles, bottled at 51.4% came from oak cask #7823886 after this whisky had aged for 31 long years.

Nose - Bananas, pineapple, corn and delicate vanilla.
Palate - Sweet ripe peaches.
Finish - Peach syrup, almost liqueur like.
