If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Occasionally due to popularity of various items and new releases the goods sell out within a very short period and your order is out of stock, we will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is treated with highest priority and goods are despatched when next available (usually within a few days)
All orders for delivery in the UK or the European Union, attract VAT of 20.00%.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

It is important that any problems are documented when signing for your package(s) on receipt. This will aid any relevant insurance claim. If you are unhappy with a product, for a reason other than damage, please inform us within 7 days and arrange for the product to be returned to us in good condition in its original packaging. We will then reimburse you for the cost of the product (excluding delivery cost.) If the product is returned damaged no refund will be given.
Optional insurance is available at a cost of £5 per consignment, note that the insurance covers goods lost in transit only.
Definition of damaged goods as follows
If the goods are delivered damaged do not accept them and return immediately with the shipper or delivery company. The goods must not be signed for and they must be clearly marked on the manifest as undeliverable due to damage. This will be clearly noticeable by damaged or wet packaging or packaging where sealing tape or coverings are cut or the contents exposed. If you have signed for those goods and they are damaged internally without breakage then we must be informed immediately and the goods returned to The Spirits Embassy. Any open bottles or CD’s / DVD’s where the sealing film is cut are non-returnable. No refund is given.
